Today I used my bread maker and a mix that my mom gave me for my birthday to make my first loaf of bread and I used the bread pans that my mom-in-law and dad-in-law picked out for me. It turned out pretty good! Now I'm excited to try more recipes with it and see how they turn out. Eric always says that the key to a good sandwich is the bread so hopefully I can come up with something good for his tastebuds.

Ooooh a bread maker!! That would be a fun toy to have!! I can guarantee Chris would agree with Eric- bread is important! I think I would get uber fat if I had a bread machine. I'd eat it ALLLL the time! Looks delicious!! PS- what are your plans for Thursday? I'll text you tomorrow (Tues) as well to ask!!!
